Next Workshop Sunday 29th November 2026.
THE EXPERIENCE
Real People. Real Experiences. Real Connection.

Over the years, I've had the privilege of bringing people together through workshops, courses and retreats in Ireland and Spain.
Every group is different. Every experience is different. But something I've seen time and again is what can happen when people give themselves the time and space to step away from everyday life, slow down and look within.
These pages aren't really about what I say happens at my events.
They're about the people who have experienced them.
“This has been one of the most relaxing, profound weeks of my life. I say that with all sincerity.”

More Than Time Away
A retreat or workshop is an opportunity to step away from the noise and routines of everyday life and give some time back to yourself.
Through meditation, breathwork, movement, awareness and working together, we explore what happens when we slow things down and begin to listen — not just to our thoughts, but to what we feel.
There is time for reflection and deeper personal work, but there is also laughter, conversation, friendship and plenty of time simply to enjoy being together.
“I've had a wonderful time. It tops everything I've done — and I have attended lots of meditations, groups and retreats in the past. This has been very pure, coming from the right space to bring love into the group. I will be back.”
It's Not All About the Work
Some of the most memorable moments happen outside the workshop room.
Sitting around a table together. Sharing good food. Talking, laughing, relaxing by the pool or simply having the time to do absolutely nothing.
The friendships that develop are often as important as the work itself. People arrive as strangers and, very often, leave having made connections that continue long after the retreat is over.
“It's been absolutely fantastic. I feel lighter and nourished heading home. I'm so happy to have met new people who I know will stay friends for life.”

What Do You Take Home?
The retreat may last a day, a weekend or a week, but the real value is in what stays with you afterwards.
Sometimes it's a new understanding of yourself. Sometimes it's a different way of looking at something you've carried for years. And sometimes it's simply remembering what it feels like to become still, to breathe and to reconnect with yourself.
I don't believe these experiences are about escaping from everyday life.
They're about returning to it differently.
“To be honest, it more than met my expectations. It was beyond anything I have done in the past. I got a lot of new directions and perceptions and am looking forward to implementing them into my life when I get back.”
