A Journey into your Heart

Step into a day of deep connection, self-discovery, and energetic renewal.
In this in-person workshop, we will explore the vast and beautiful space of your Heart Chakra using breath, visualisation and deep self connection. Allow yourself to experience the self love and healing energy that resides deep within your Heart,

You will :

Awaken your Heart Chakra.
Release emotional blockages that hold sadness & sorrow in your Heart.

You will be guided by Mark using Breath, Visualisation, Meditation & Healing.

The day will end with a relaxing Healing Sound Bath performed by the fantastic Didgeridoo Jedi.

This is for anyone who is feeling stuck or held back in life. People who are struggling with self-worth, anxiety or fear-based thinking. Those on a spiritual journey who feel blocked and in need of deep healing.
