Over the years I have studied teachings from ancient cultures around the world and discovered a common thread: the cultivation of a benevolent heart. I have heard Shamans speak of Ireland as the heartbeat of Celtic culture, deeply rooted in its connection with nature.
Today, as we gather in this sacred place known as the heart space of Ireland, we will sit deep within our hearts together. Through breath work, meditation, and visualisation, you will be guided into a profound healing space.
